The scans can also help determine the baby's age and estimate the due date.

Confirming pregnancy

Modified glucose tolerance test (MGTT)

Glucose screenings are how pregnancy care providers detect gestational diabetes. The test involves drinking a sweet liquid containing glucose and getting your blood drawn. At Anadia Clinic, mothers are given the option to choose the flavor of glucose provided. Mothers need to fasting at least 8 to 10 hours before the first session and 2 hours before the second session.

Chromosomal Non invasive Prenatal Test (NIPT)

Chromosomal Non-Invasive Prenatal Testing (NIPT), also known as cell-free fetal DNA testing, is a sophisticated screening test performed during pregnancy to detect certain chromosomal abnormalities in the developing fetus. Unlike invasive prenatal tests like amniocentesis or chorionic villus sampling (CVS), which carry a small risk of miscarriage, NIPT is considered a non-invasive and safe procedure for both the mother and the baby.
