About the Role

- Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-up action.
- Responsible for handling administration duties.
- Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
- File data and related information, maintain and update databases.
- Able to sourcing & responsible for finding the best deal on material, supplies and order goods.
- Perform other related duties as assigned and when necessary.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines.
- Performs other duties as assigned and directed by Management.


  1. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.

  2. Fresh graduate / 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  3. Possess good communication skills and computing knowledge.

  4. Strong communication and organizational skills, as well as project management skills, bookkeeping skills, and time management skills.

  5. Ambitious and driven

  6. Able to start work immediately
